Payment methods
The following payment methods are available for your purchase in our online shop:
Shopify Payments
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro
- Klarna invoice
Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by following the verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction. Further information can be found at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201469.
PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.xyz.de).
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice terms and conditions at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0.
Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions stated in the checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you also offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
