Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period without stating any reasons.

Products should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email before returning, so we can inform you of all further steps.

Once the goods have been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method used.

Note: Custom-made or personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
